Hey!
I'm at Sussex Downs College, Lewes now and I have met loads of people who were at Alfrston! I thought it was quite cool :) It is strange how you still remember faces from that long ago..or you do after they've introduced themselves haha.
Bye for now,
Lydia =]

Hi, I was trying to find people I went to school with so Googled Alfriston and found this page.
I was only there for year 1 and 2 in 1996/1997.
I'm trying to find anyone who knew me, especially Samuel Jackson and Lizzie Savage.
Feel free to add my bebo [SamiJayneR.bebo.com]

Hey everyone! I have my friend Nadia here. She is really cool! Hope you guys had a good Chritmas and a Happy New Year. I have just been skiing yesterday. It was kind of fun. I fell over a lot though. I once fell off the chair lift when I was getting on. I didn't take the straps out of my poles and I fell off and had to get on a different one. Well gotta go. Miss you soooooo much. Wish you were here. Lots of love,

Bethany

I have just 'Googled' Alfriston Primary School as I was there in the late 50's -early 60's before comming to Australia and was so pleased to find this site. I do remember the headmistress Mrs Gwynne and still have a letter from her wishing my family well. I will always have fond memories of Alfriston except for having to sit through play time because I hadn't eaten all my lunch. There were no excuces back then. Over 40 years later and I still feel sick when I smell cheesy shepherds pie. I hope the students there today, can take as many good memories with them as I did.

I remember Mrs Gwynne from 1956. Before that I went to a nursery school with Mrs Jenner, in the white house near Dr. Troop's house and surgery. I walked across the meadows from Frog Firle to Litlington, where I lived. I still think they were the best years of my life.
